I used this company to have a wall knocked through and a window knocked into French Doors. The builders were excellent, very thoughtful and helpful, they communicated well throughout the entire build and I am left with a very professionally finished room. The Visionary Lofts team were professional and diligent throughout our renovations project, and worked as quickly as humanly possible. The team members were friendly and responsive and we would consider using them for future projects. Our loft conversion looks beautiful and our young son is very happy with his new room. Mindi and the on-site team were fantastic. He remains cool and calm no matter what curveballs or demands from his clients come his way.

Mindi and the team work to the plans they are given - but as we went through the build process, we had new ideas about lighting, niches, skylights - all of which were accommodated with a smile. Note it is up to the client to raise ideas vs. receiving recommendations.

The quality of the work was excellent, and Mindi made himself readily available whenever needed. My recommendation is to go direct to Mindi on any build matters vs Visionary, in order to speed up the process. Outside of initial survey and discussions, Visionary didn't actually visit the property again, so didn't have the context as the build evolved.

Recently got my loft transformed into a master bedroom by Visionary Lofts in Waltham Forest, and I've got to say, I'm over the moon with the results and the service.

Dovydas, our main guy in charge, was a total pro. Paid serious attention to every little detail and kept things running like clockwork. The whole crew was hardworking – even pulling overtime when needed. But what I really appreciated was how they totally got it when we needed a day off or were too busy to have them working.

Lin was a lifesaver too, especially when things hit a snag. Always there to sort things out and quick to address any worries we had. The only hiccup was a bit of a delay with the balcony glass because of supplier issues. But the team kept us in the loop and did their best to keep the project on track.

Now, I've got this amazing space at the top of my home. If you're thinking of a project like this, I'd totally recommend the VL team. They've been awesome!
